Return Policy
As long as the product is in tagged and is still tagged Shaw’s will fully refund your product within 30 days of your purchase. When shipping the item back please place it in its original packaging, including receipt and statement regarding whether you would like a full refund, an even exchange, or store credit. Once your item is received it will be processed within 48 hours. Please note, all refunds will be reimbursed in the same form as the original payment.
Boot Returns
As long as there is no visible signs of wear and tear, or if there is sign that the boot may be defective Shaw’s offers a 100% money back guarantee. Please note, some boots offer their own guarantee’s on sole life, if this would happen to concern you please contact us to make arrangements on what to do. Other wise this is how boot returns are handled:
- 0-45 Days, 100%
- 46-90 Days, 75%
- 91-135 Days, 50%
- 136-180 Days, 25%
